1. Who we are
SwiftBundle is operated by Futuretelcoms, a company registered in Nigeria (RC3011939). Futuretelcoms is an independent Third Party Payment Gateway Service Provider for Smile Communications Nigeria Limited. SwiftBundle is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Smile Communications Nigeria Limited.
2. What SwiftBundle does
SwiftBundle lets customers who already have an active Smile phone line purchase eligible Smile Data and Voice bundles online. Once payment is confirmed, the bundle is sent to the Smile phone number you provide.
3. Eligibility
You must already have a valid, active Smile phone line to use SwiftBundle. SwiftBundle does not currently register new Smile lines. You are responsible for making sure the phone number you enter is correct, since bundles are delivered to that number.
4. Pricing
Every bundle on SwiftBundle is sold at Smile's own published price, with no markup added. Prices can change if Smile changes them, and the price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment partners, Paystack and Flutterwave. You choose which one to use at checkout. SwiftBundle does not receive or store your card, bank, or USSD details; the payment partner you choose handles that directly. By paying on SwiftBundle, you also agree to that payment partner's own terms for the payment method you choose. Some payment methods may carry a small fee charged by the payment partner on top of your order amount. The exact total is shown on the payment partner's page before you pay, and SwiftBundle does not add or receive this fee.
6. Delivery of bundles
Once your payment is confirmed, SwiftBundle requests Smile to deliver your bundle to the phone number on your order. Delivery is normally immediate. If delivery does not succeed on the first attempt, SwiftBundle retries automatically. If delivery still fails after all retries, you are refunded, see our Refund Policy.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your SwiftBundle password secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SwiftBundle for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose, including attempting to purchase bundles for phone numbers you do not have the right to recharge.
9. Limitation of liability
SwiftBundle acts as an intermediary between you and Smile's systems. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accurate pricing and reliable delivery, SwiftBundle is not liable for service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by Smile's own network or systems, or by our payment partners' (Paystack's or Flutterwave's) payment systems, beyond our control.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SwiftBundle after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
