SwiftBundle is operated by Futuretelcoms, a company registered in Nigeria (RC3011939), with its principal place of business at No 4 Abiodun Ogungbemi Avenue, Ologuneru, Ibadan, Oyo State. Futuretelcoms is an independent Third Party Payment Gateway Service Provider for Smile Communications Nigeria Limited. SwiftBundle is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Smile Communications Nigeria Limited.
SwiftBundle lets customers who already have an active Smile phone line purchase eligible Smile Data and Voice bundles online. Once payment is confirmed, the bundle is sent to the Smile phone number you provide.
You must already have a valid, active Smile phone line to use SwiftBundle. SwiftBundle does not currently register new Smile lines. You are responsible for making sure the phone number you enter is correct, since bundles are delivered to that number.
Every bundle on SwiftBundle is sold at Smile's own published price, with no markup added. Prices can change if Smile changes them, and the price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay.
Payments are processed by Paystack. SwiftBundle does not receive or store your card, bank, or USSD details, Paystack handles that directly. By paying on SwiftBundle, you also agree to Paystack's own terms for the payment method you choose.
Once your payment is confirmed, SwiftBundle requests Smile to deliver your bundle to the phone number on your order. Delivery is normally immediate. If delivery does not succeed on the first attempt, SwiftBundle retries automatically. If delivery still fails after all retries, you are refunded, see our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your SwiftBundle password secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You agree not to use SwiftBundle for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose, including attempting to purchase bundles for phone numbers you do not have the right to recharge.
SwiftBundle acts as an intermediary between you and Smile's systems. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accurate pricing and reliable delivery, SwiftBundle is not liable for service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by Smile's own network or systems, or by Paystack's payment systems, beyond our control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SwiftBundle after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
