1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Futuretelcoms ("SwiftBundle", "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use swiftbundle.ng. We handle personal data in line with Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023.

2. Information we collect

  • Your full name and email address, when you create an account
  • The Smile phone number you provide, for delivering bundles
  • Your order history, including bundles bought and delivery status
  • A scrambled (hashed) version of your password — we never store your actual password

3. What we don't collect

We never see or store your card number, bank details, or USSD PIN. Payments are handled entirely by Paystack, on their own secure systems.

4. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your SwiftBundle account
  • To check your phone number with Smile and deliver your bundle
  • To process payment through Paystack
  • To send you account and order emails, such as password resets and order confirmations
  • To keep a record of your orders so you can view them later

5. Who we share information with

We only share the minimum needed, with:

  • Smile Communications Nigeria Limited — your phone number, to check it's a valid line and deliver your bundle
  • Paystack — your email and order amount, to process payment
  • Resend (our email provider) — your email address, to send account and order emails

We do not sell your information to anyone.

6. How we protect your information

Passwords are stored scrambled, never as readable text. All secret credentials for connecting to Smile and Paystack are kept in protected settings, not in the website's code. We only ask for the information actually needed to complete an order.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your account and order history for as long as your account is active, so you can view past orders. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time, see below.

8. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask us to show you what personal data we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, or delete your account and associated data. Contact us using the details below to make a request.

9. Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in securely. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
